The City of Moraine is seeking a full-time Street Superintendent for our Streets Division. The division manager is responsible for the repair, operation and maintenance of City streets, storm drainage facilities and systems, maintenance of cemeteries and parks, City garage operations and maintenance and repair of all City vehicles. Plans, organizes and directs the work of street division employees. Work is performed under general supervision of City Manager.
Skill Sets / Certifications / Degrees Required
- High School diploma or GED and at least seven (7) years experience with at least two (2) years being in a lead capacity over street and storm sewer repair, operation and maintenance; facilities management; vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Possess current Ohio state driver’s license with CDL endorsement.
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check is required. All candidates must be willing to submit to random drug screenings.
