Requirements
Screen, hire and train child care substitutes. All of our substitutes have a minimum of a high school diploma, have successfully passed an FBI/BCI background check, had a physical exam by a medical professional, have met or exceeded the professional development requirements, and are in compliance with the State of Ohio regulations.
Skill Sets / Certifications / Degrees Required
At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous Work Experience
No previous experience in childcare is needed, training provided on the job.
